Words are imperfect and I speak them imperfectly.
As each is filtered by the speaker and the listener, the meanings change.
Concepts are even more difficult.
To be able to peer into someone’s heart and see the true intention and message takes constant effort, openness and true curiosity.
The deeper I look, I find that perceptions within myself and those surrounding me are inaccurate. Seeing and hearing what we want or expect becomes the easy way out. Poking at each perception until its true edges are discovered can only be done with a willingness to explore.
“How are you?”….No, really…I want to know…”How ARE you?”
